As a thinktank, the Centre for Development Management Studies engages in research to understand cultural and social differences which could influence the performance of leaders and managers.
Roadmaps and programmes are then developed to assist educational institutions and trainers to train more effective and productive managers capable of meaningful contributions to the growth and prosperity of businesses, institutions, and society as a whole.
